IDentity Theft Bible Reading 1

In preparation for our first class, read Psalms 139:1-18.

Pay careful attention to what this Psalm says about your unique identity.

Questions:

1.    What do you think verse 3 is declaring about your uniqueness: “You search out my path”?

2.    Verse 5 says “You hem me.”  How is that significant to our identity?

3.    What are some of the things said about our individual uniqueness in verses 13 thru 16?

4.    In verse 15, the word ‘frame’ can also be translated ‘might’ or ‘power.’  Does that change the way you understand that verse?
